Great staff great choice of carpets. This is my second carpet need 2 more which I will obtain from Padiham carpets.
Stay away from this place! I like to support local businesses, but, not this place! The owner has zero, and I mean zero knowledge of how to treat customers,deal with problems etc.frankly, he is quite arrogant, and his knowledge base is poor. I feel for his staff, they really do try. I have no idea how he is still in business having experienced his customer service, or lack of!Go elsewhere, trust me you will thank me.
Clean set up. End of Rolls in neat. Virtical rows. All clearly sized and priced. Full rolls of carpet and Lino all priced and orderly. Clearance back walls. A pleasure to visit . No sales pressure.
Absolutely fantastic. Ordered my carpet and underlay .the staff were really helpful. The measuring was very professional. The carpet fitters came yesterday on time and boy did they have a job to do. It was a 5mtr roll that had to be laid front room then under the arch to the middle room all in one piece. Also out of that roll was stairs and landing. They were very professional and did an absolute fantastic job. I will be back next year for bedroom carpets. Would highly recommend. Thankyou so much from very happy customers .Tina and mark
Purchased several times from Padiham Carpet Mill over the years. Always well looked after. Staff offer great advice and are not at all pushy. They want what's right for you. The fitters are excellent too. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.
