With regret I write this review :-(. From what was a brilliant relationship over 5-6 years they decide to throw it away for one complaint. Very temperamental company. We made a complaint about a extra charges on our account, which we thought was unfair, because it was the first time we had been told about such charges would occur. We told them We are not happy paying charges we had not agreed to in our contractAlso mentioned weve been your customer for many years and Yes and for the future I understand The charges and will accept. But no understanding was shown and was told they are closing account. Is this how a pallet-force member behaves? With a small business? We always pay our invoices. We feel we were only treated like this because we a small business! We were Dispensable... We would have never been treated like this if we were a big customer.

Good tackle decent pay if you show respect and treat them right you get in return learned a lot and most of my general haulage knowledge from here only left due to traveling as I lived far away
