Ordered some food at 7:30PM, the food arrived 1 hour and half later nearly double the amount of time I was originally quoted, when the order did arrive, the food was OK, however I was missing half of my order, when I contacted the restaurant about this they told me it would be around 40 minutes till my full order arrived, 40 minutes had passed and still no sign I again contacted the restaurant, I was told that the driver was on his way, I checked about 30 minutes later the restaurant had closed and my food had not arrived, they had taken my money and not refunded any of the money that had been spent, I am utterly disgusted in the customer service provided.
The chicken had to be cracked with a hammer a few times to get to the chicken, then there was the matter of finding the chicken. I added some salad cream to the meal hoping to enhance the flavours but that was to no avail. As for the kebab, what can I say? The cheese was delightful.

Ordered 2 pizzas one of them was wrong I ordered ham and mushroom and I received a ham and pineapple so I rang up and explained that the order was wrong and that i couldn't eat it due to being allergic to pineapple, the excuse was they were busy but that's no excuse as I told them and instead of saying I'm sorry I will replace it as soon as possible all I got was a guy with attitude saying we'll what do you want me to do about it so I had to tell him I wanted it replacing after playing 7.50 for it and his response was oh okay I shall do. The guy that answered the phone last night needs to learn how to speak to paying customers.
